You people really need to get a life. Who cares? As long as it doesn't affect you directly, get over it. Go outside. Enjoy your own life. Instead of obessing about someone elses.

This person has attempted to put this through several times. So I thought, let's just make it a post and people can respond to it. I find it interesting that Anonymous finds the time to read here. Different standards for different folks I guess.

Read here and attempt to post here - several times - a lame comment that adds nothing to the conversation.
Thanks, I am enjoying my life. Talking with others about topics that interest me is one of the things that I enjoy. What makes you happy?
By the way, spell check is your friend. If you need a lesson, just come back and one of our friendly posters will be glad to educate you!
Does the term "Glass Houses" mean anything to this person? I have a very busy life and coming here is one way for me to de-stress and forget about the 101 things I need to do before the day is done.
Welcome to the blog world annon!
This person has said the same thing on a couple other forums/boards recently.
Pot? Meet Kettle...

Actually I only put this through once. Not several times. And no I have never posted on any other boards. I guess there are lots of people like me who think you people need to get a grip. Nice to know that there are others like me out there.
But here you are back, lurking and reading again. Can you explain this? What is the difference between the need to discuss and the need to read what others are discussing. What makes you better?
Actually I stumbled upon your website by accident. And I couldn't believe what I was reading. Grown ups actually getting mad (and making websites) b/c the felt a family on TV was not being truthful with them. The discussion part I understand but the name calling I don't. Personally, I love the show. That is my way to destress and forget the 102 things I have to do everyday. Certainly not making a website and debating whether or not Jon & Kate are good parents. Maybe you should look at your own Glass Houses.
Anon...why are you still here? Methinks you like to stir up trouble. Not sure I buy the "never posted on other boards."
Run along or you will miss the next J&K8 rerun...
I too love the show and I think most people that actually post here love the show as well. This blog is a place where people on all "sides" can come and discuss the show unlike other blogs out there where only the haters re allowed to post.
His usage of free time is better than mine?
Off topic I saw the clips of them on Regis and Kelly and kids are fun to watch unedited and choppy. But not a genius idea to give them giant pencils. Yeah!! Giant pointy things for the kids.
or her?
Ohh my goodness! I know people want privacy but its so annoying when 50 anon people get on and you dont know if its the same person or totally different people. If perhaps one of these anon's is the set designer for Regis and Kelly SHAME ON YOU! Do you not have or know any children? What possesses someone to put HUGE pointy thing on a set that will hurt them or others on live TV. I saw that and knew Kate was having 8 heart attacks in a row. Anyway, anon if you are not happy about what you read then troll and be unproductive some where else. Non you anon, the other anon. ughh I give up.
Actually I stumbled upon your website by accident.
And you just found out about the internet this morning and you were born yesterday. Yawn. Transparent doesn't begin to describe you.
But, to answer the question (was there a question? I guess "who cares?" is a question): I have long been tempted to lob the same at the more loony of the GWoPpers. Hating someone you don't know, obsessing over everything they do - weird. But I've held off realizing that it's a no-win situation - anyone who is posting here or there or anywhere discussing the Gosselin undoubtedly has "better things to do" - even if it's only remembering to take their meds. These questions came up early in the life of this blog, and I said that I mostly participate for entertainment. That's still pretty much true. I'm more "invested" than I was, maybe, but I still don't think I hold a candle to the average GWoPper, investment-wise. Also, if I were going to be over-invested in something that had nothing to do with me, I would rather be on the side of "live and let live" and having some understanding that different people do things differently, rather than on the side of people who despise people they don't even know and pick constantly at every perceived flaw.
nastiness & sarcasm are not pretty traits on anyone
Be gone, troll.
That's exactly my thought, too, Guinevere

But attempting to put people in their place is? Yeah Right?
Again, what makes you better?
And I always love when they come here to make fun or share their wise words, that they say they are fans of the show. Yes we are stupid and we will definitely not figure out you are from the dark side.
Ummm...did you not read this blog correctly? This is a rather mannerly place. The people who post here regularly are very reasonable and I have seen them have a lot more patience with very snarky, angry at the Gosslins types. I found it during the summer after I had been ill for a long time. Now I enjoy popping in to see what's up. We have 2 new puppies and I have been training them for a couple of months. That means I sit with them in the kitchen quite a bit on and off during the day. My computer happens to be here with me and I check email, work on my assignments for class and yes, I do come to this blog. Because I like to.
Perhaps, now that you have said what you wanted to say, you might go away?
I didn't see the R & K show this morning. Didn't know about it. I'm sorry I missed it but it sounds as if they are a bit wacky with the oversized pencils. Is that really what they did?! Never much liked the producer of that show LOL!
Exactly, nina bell. I didn't think I needed to send her a map to gwop. The dark side indeed. Back you go anon. Why don't they ever use a name?
Um, I agree with the OP.
I actually do have to get more of a life. I know I spend way too much time on the internet and I should and could be way more productive.
I'm a SAHM mom of three kids under 5. Childcare consumes my life. I don't often get to do things for myself. Coming here breaks up my day. I enjoy reading what people have to say. This is one of the more civil blogs I have found.
Now if I spent an inordinate amount of time on some other blogs that are way more mean than this place, or if I spent a lot of time going to a bunch of different sites just to talk smack about someone I didn't know then I would definitely have to get a life.
To Anon of comment of the day,
My opinion if you're going to post at least give yourself some respect and comment with a name other than going under Anon. No one is telling you to comment or even read this blog. Have a nice dat!
Mommyzinger. Don't be too hard on yourself. It sounds like you use the internet in a healthy way, i.e. to communicate with adults :-)and take a break.
At any given time, there is always something we *could* be doing that is more productive, but if we are still taking care of business, what's the harm?
And I think the level of anger and nastiness is important too. I like good debate and am ok if things get heated here once in a while, but I wouldn't want to spend my limited free time consistenly in a place that fosters negativity and interfering in other people's lives.
Well, speaking of "getting a life", mine has been pretty full lately, so I'm back from my long hiatus to check in with my "peeps" LOL! Thought of all of you today when I watched Jon and Kate on Regis and Kelly (I agree that it was a DUMB idea to put giant crayons on the set and I'm sure the camera crew was thinking the same thing).
Between the presidential debates, the bail-out financial disaster (my hubby is a home builder so this has been a particularly stressful time) and my new daily obsession of following the Casey/Caylee Anthony story on Nancy Grace (that would be a more worthy effort for "child advocates" to get involved in), I have not had time to catch up with my favorite show and all the pseudo-concern that follows it. I have to say that a change in perspective has been a refreshing little vacation, but I have missed you all and will try to post more frequently.
Hi Jess. I was thinking about you the other day. I believe you are the only poster here to ever contribute an episode re-cap. (I tried it once, but gave up after half an hour).
Sorry that the financial crisis is hitting you personally.
A little break once in a while isn't a bad thing, but we hope to see you around more!
Oh, and I have just watched a couple of minutes of R&G with the sound down, but completely agree the crayons were a bad idea. Maybe R&G will let them take them as another "freebie". I think Kate has more smarts then to accept, them, however.
BWAH! That's hilarious. Telling someone else to "get a life" while they spend an inordinate amount of times resending the same message over an over and over.
My guess is that this person, when not trolling here, spends her time Googling Gosselin and plotting their demise with her fellow hypocrites at a certain website that shall remain nameless.
But thanks for your input, anyway. I needed a good giggle to start my day!
That comment doesn't even make sense. Stupid people who have nothing to offer should just shut it and spare me (and I'm talking about folks on both sides).
Well I feel the comment applies to specific people especially with the recent news in their families, enough said.
Nice to know where their priorities are. ;)
*Mods' eyes*
If you feel the previous comment I submitted was little too mean or may start a war of words with trolls, you may feel free not to post it. I will not feel offended at all.
Just felt like blurting that comment out. Sorry. It just blows my mind to see a certain person making a new blog NOT EVEN A WEEK after her son died! As a mother of two lil girls and one baby on a way, I find it despicable that she'll rather gossip and make a hateful blog about Gosselins than griefing for her own son.
Ok rant over. I feel better. :)
road2, have you read the new blog you are talking about? Do you know what is on there? I think you haven't.
