I saw on the Internet today that one person from Washington D.C. won the 144 million Powerball jackpot on April 8th. Wow! That amount just kept playing over and over in my head. I read somewhere that one third of all big lottery winners go bankrupt within 5 years.What would you do if you won that kind of money or even a small jackpot of 5 million dollars? Do you think 5 years from now you would still be financially stable or do you think you would be in that one third category?
